Yes, we offer support to all valid license holders. You can access our dedicated support from our support page.

Self-service support is available via our documentation, if you can’t find a solution, we also offer one-to-one email support.

Support includes assistance with setting up and resolving issues with our product but does not include customisation services or support for 3rd party plugins and integrations.
