Our refund policy is simple, if at any time within the first 30 days of purchasing your subscription you decide that License Server is not for you, then contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
We stand by the quality of our development and our support. If you have found an issue with our product, please submit a support ticket and allow us ample time to investigate your issue.
If you request a refund, we may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request, so we can improve the plugin in the future.
We will cancel your subscription, license keys, download access and issue you a refund. Your request for cancellation must be received within 24 hours of the 30 days of the date and time of your purchase. Please note that the refund credit can take up to 10 days to show up on your credit card statement.
You agree to remove the plugins from your site and delete them from your system and cease all use.
We will email you 1 week prior to your renewal date, and again 24 hours before renewal. You may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed. If the renewal is successful, you can request a refund within the first 14 days of the renewal.
When refunds won’t be given
- If the time has lapsed beyond the 30 days of your purchase.
- If the time has lapsed beyond the 14 days of your renewal.
- You have violated our terms of service
Decisions related to these are at the discretion of our team and the decisions are final.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
