Our refund policy is simple, if at any time within the first 30 days of your purchase there is an issue that cannot be resolved by support, you’re welcome for a full refund. Contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
We stand by the quality of our development and our support. If you have found an issue with our product, please submit a support ticket and allow us ample time to investigate your issue.
If you request a refund, we may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request, so we can improve the plugin in the future.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
We will cancel your subscription and issue you a refund. Your request for cancellation must be received within 24 hours of the 30 days of the date and time of your purchase. Please note that the refund credit can take up to 10 days to show up on your credit card statement.
We cannot provide refunds after the 30 days has lapsed.
